Every 1st Thursday:  Virtual Adult Grief Support – For adults grieving the death of a family member or loved one.

Every 3rd Thursday:  Virtual Grief After Suicide & Traumatic Loss – For adults grieving the death of a family member or loved one to suicide.

Adult Mental Health First Aid

Adult MHFA on February 24th. Registration deadline: February 17th at Noon. (Brief online modules will be required to complete before and after the interactive in-person class.)

Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This training gives participants the skills one needs to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care.

Adult Mental Health First Aid

Adult MHFA on January 30th, 2026. Registration deadline: January 23rd at Noon. (Brief online modules will be required to complete before and after the interactive in-person class.)

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and adolescents ages 12-18. Learners complete a 2-hour self-paced online course and then participate in a 5-hour in-person instructor-led training.
