Missoula Aging Services and Greater Good Health presents Matter of Balance with Mandy Peterson
Folks interested in getting into the next Matter of Balance class can give us a call to be placed on the waitlist. Matter of Balance helps older adults recognize fall risks, mitigate their risk of a fall through behaviors and mindset, and pursue activities to increase their strength and reduce chances of a fall.
