DESCRIPTION:Adult MHFA on January 30th\, 2026. Registration deadline: January 23rd at Noon. (Brief online modules will be required to complete before and after the interactive in-person class.) \nMental Health First Aid teaches participants how to identify\, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. This training gives participants the skills one needs to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care.
